SianCard ("Service" or "App") is developed and provided by the SianCard developer ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data ("you" or "user") when you use the SianCard app.
By using SianCard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
When you use SianCard, we may collect the following types of information:

- Profile picture (if any)
- Account creation date / last updated date
1.2 Usage Information
- Links / posts / content you save into SianCard (for example, URLs from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms)
- Categories, tags, and notes you add to your saved content
- Timestamps of when you save, edit, or delete content
1.3 Technical Information
- Device type, operating system, app version
- Approximate IP address, access timestamps
- Log data from our servers used for debugging, quality improvement, and security
Note: We do not collect passwords to your social media accounts when you share links, and we cannot post on your behalf without your clear and explicit permission.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide the core features of SianCard (e.g., saving links, organizing content into categories, searching, and viewing your collection)
- To maintain, improve, and develop the app and its features
- To provide a more relevant and personalized in-app experience

- security or technical issues
- To prevent misuse, fraud, or activities that violate our Terms of Service or applicable laws

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we may share your information in the following situations:
3.1 Service Providers
We may share limited information with third-party service providers that support our operations, such as: Database and hosting providers, Notification or messaging providers, Analytics and monitoring tools. These providers only process your data on our behalf and under our instructions.
3.2 Legal Requirements and Government Requests
We may disclose your information if we are required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests, such as court orders or requests from government authorities.
3.3 Business Transfers

8. Data Deletion and Account Cancellation
We aim to give you as much control as possible over your data. You can request deletion of your data in the following ways:
8.1 Deleting Saved Content
- You can delete individual links or content saved in SianCard directly from within the app (for example, via your list of saved items or the content detail screen).
- When you delete content, it will no longer be visible in your account, and it will be removed from our primary systems within a reasonable timeframe.
- Some data may remain temporarily in backups or log files for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted as part of our normal backup and retention processes.
8.2 Requesting Deletion of Your Account
If you wish to delete your SianCard account entirely, you can:
- Send a request to support@siancard.com
- Clearly state the email address associated with your account and that you want your account deleted
Once we process the deletion:
- Your profile data and primary content associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be linked back to you.
- We may still retain certain information where required by law (for example, security logs or accounting/tax records, if applicable) and only for the minimum period necessary.
8.3 Data Deletion via External Platforms
If you use SianCard in connection with third-party services (such as integrations with Meta/Facebook in the future):
- We may provide additional data deletion options via specific pages or links associated with those third-party platforms.
- The relevant instructions or links for data deletion will be clearly provided on the page or screen related to that integration.
- Requests submitted through those channels will be handled in accordance with the same principles described in Sections 8.1 and 8.2.
